Book 2 consecutive full weekdays during the school holidays and get R200 discount on every additional full day booking. Excluding Saturdays.

How to book the space

For once-off bookings
Give us the date you have in mind and we will check availability.
Give us an indication of what type of event you want to host and how many people you are expecting.
We will send you an invoice and venue hire form to sign.
50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
Full payment due one week before the event.
For fixed weekly timeslot
Contact us to discuss your idea on the type of classes you want to give. It doesn’t have to be art related. Then we can see if the classes will be a suitable fit for the space.
We will send you an invoice and venue hire form to sign.
One month refundable deposit required to fix the timeslot exclusively for you.
Full monthly payment at the beginning of the month.
If you have a specific workshop or course in mind that does not fall into one of the above categories, then please reach out and we can see how we can accommodate you.

Included in the rental
As part of the rental agreement you can use to tables and chairs. The classroom seats 12 people. If needed, up to 20 people can be seated. The tables can fold up, so you can arrange the space to fit your needs. You have use of the kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, kettle and coffee mugs. There are 5 floor easels that you can use. There is also a projector screen in the classroom for presentations.
For weekly teachers we can allocate a space to storage art materials depending on availability.
If weather allows, you can move the tables and chairs outside for an outdoor creative experience.
Art materials like paint brushes and paint etc is not included in the rental.
We are also so privileged to have Haven Art Cafe as our neighbours! They can assist you with all your catering needs for your event. Their food is delicious!
