How to book the space

If you are interested in boking the space, you can contact us via email helderbergfineartstudios@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on 084 627 1906.

For once-off bookings

• Give us the date you have in mind and we will check availability.

• Give us an indication of what type of event you want to host and how many people you are expecting.

• We will send you an invoice and venue hire form to sign.

• 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

• Full payment due one week before the event.

For fixed weekly timeslot

• Contact us to discuss your idea on the type of classes you want to give. It doesn’t have to be art related. Then we can see if the classes will be a suitable fit for the space.

• We will send you an invoice and venue hire form to sign.

• One month refundable deposit required to fix the timeslot exclusively for you.

• Full monthly payment at the beginning of the month.

If you have a specific workshop or course in mind that does not fall into one of the above categories, then please reach out and we can see how we can accommodate you.
